How long does it take to ship after placing an order?

All orders placed on our website require up to 3 business days to process. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. While its not typical, you may experience some shipping delays due to COVID-19. In some cases, carriers are not updating the movement of the orders even though they are in transit.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped and you receive shipping confirmation, you can send us an email to know about the status of order.

My order has already shipped but I need to update the address, what should I do?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make adjustments to an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.

If I live outside of US and place order, do I have to pay duties and taxes?

All orders placed outside of the US are subject to duties and taxes, unfortunately we cannot adjust or compensate for these fees.

Typically the extra fees you pay are as follows:

VAT & Import Duties – Typically a percentage amount based on the value of your order (check with your countries customs)

Admin fees – Typically a fixed fee ranging from ($10-$50+) varies by country
