What is your return policy?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer hassle free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a new product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following step:
Email info@shoo-noise.com and provide your name, order number and reason. Once your email is reviewed, call you over the phone to guide you on initiating the return to us. Once we receive the package we will refund the shipping charges to you
What is your refund policy?
Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, in the event you are unhappy with a product we will provide a refund up to 30 days after the purchase date.
To initiate a refund, please send us an email to info@shoo-noise.com including your order number, name and reason for the refund.
Please note: All refunds may take up to 7 business day to reflect back into your account.
