Order Information

Order confirmations will be sent immediately after placing an order. If you have not received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us via our Customer Care hub here.

Orders are processed within 3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once it has shipped.

Please make sure all shipping and order information is correct prior to placing an order. Unfortunately, because our fulfillment center processes orders, we are unable to cancel orders related to incorrect addresses or negligence. If you need to make adjustments to your address, please contact your shipping carrier associated with your order immediately after receiving shipping confirmation to either re-route or hold the package for local pickup.
