Is it safe to wash my shoes in the Washing Machine?
In most cases all non-leather shoes can be easily washed in the washing machine. However, there are certain materials such as suede, wool or shoes which may have multi-colored panel which may-cause issue while cleaning in the Washing Machine. If you have a doubt, it is better to check at your manufacturer’s website.
What are the Settings to be used in The Washing Machine?
A normal cycle, in COLD Water, is recommended for Shoes. The cycle time is dependent on your washing machine. As per the tests done by us, we have found that a normal wash time of 30-45 mins have produced good results.
How Many Shoes Can I Wash Simultaneously?
We have tried and were able to put up to 4 pairs of Shoes easily in Washing Machine Using Shoo-Noise.
How do I Dry My Shoes?
A big advantage of Shoo Noise is that your shoes are not kept in the water for the entire wash cycle. Because they are attached to the drum the Centripetal force is constantly in action and drying out the shoes even in the wash cycle. This reduces the Drying Time considerably.
So, if air-dried, the shoes are now dried much faster as oppose to putting them without the Shoo Noise. Also, if used in Dryer, the cycle time to dry the shoes is reduced considerably. As per our observation, a Dry Cycle time of 30 mins was able to give us good results. However, it is best to check with your manufacturer for the use in Dryer.
Shoes Don’t Fit in my Shoo Noise. What Should I Do?
Shoo-Noise is designed to fit most of the shoes. However, in an odd scenario, if the Shoes do not fit in the Shoo-Noise, please send us a mail with the size and brand of your shoe to investigate.
Shoo-Noise is not compatible with my Washing Machine. What Should I do?
Can I Use Regular Detergent, or Do I need to use Special Shoe Detergent?
Regular Detergents are fine to clean your shoes in the Washing Machine. However, please don’t use Bleach or Whitening Additives as it can damage your shoes.
Can I Use Shoe-Tree with Shoo-Noise?
Yes, you can use Shoe-Tree with Shoo-Noise. This will ensure that the shape of your shoes are not distorted while Washing.
Do I need to take out laces while Washing The Shoes?
It is recommended to Take Out Laces while Washing The Shoes.
